About the owner

Hi, my name is Maleah, Certified Feline Master Groomer, and owner of the Fancy Feline.

I have experience working with animals of all shapes and sizes, including eight years of horse experience, two and a half years in the pet grooming field, and a constant desire to learn more about our furry companions. Along this journey, I discovered how much our feline friends need through grooming to stay their happiest, healthiest selves. Many cats have dirty ears, dandruff, shedding, matting, sharp or ingrown nails, and hairballs. All these problems can be remedied, or even prevented entirely with professional grooming. I wanted to be that solution. I started taking classes through the National Cat Groomers Institute, and eventually went to school in Yuma, Arizona, where I was trained by two incredible certifiers, and returned home a Certified Feline Master Groomer. Through the National Cat Groomers Institute, I received education on different cat breeds and colors and their grooming needs, as well as knowledge of proper handling for our feline friends. I understand each cat is an individual, and treat them accordingly. Cats are my passion and I would love to bring out your kitty's inner fancy feline.
